Bringing souls to Christ

Hello friend!

This week we witnessed a very adorable couple enter into a covenant with God. Josué, Erica, and their four boys all attended along with tons of support from the members. All went well and it was a very spiritual moment for everyone there. Particularly for Josué. A few days before, he was expressing to us of certain doubts he started having. At the baptism, when asked to share a testimony, he proceeded to pour out his heart to everyone with honesty and vulnerability. While I was listening to him speak, I could envision him as a leader in the church in the future. Later, a member said the same thing. I love watching change occur.

Speaking of change, the blossoms on the trees are starting to appear here. Through the winter, just about every tree appears to be dead, but year after year they make their life known around this time. A time of rebirth, of renovation, and a time of a second chance.

Lately, Elder Jones has been pushing me out of my comfort zone by singing. I enjoy singing, but I don't like to let the whole world hear me singing. So, we are going to have a musical number in this upcoming zone conference. Let's see how things go.

Thank you for your love and support. Stay strong! You are important!

con mucho amor,
Elder Rasmussen
