District Pday

Hey guys,

Hope you all had a nice week. I heard that the smoke has cleared up somewhat, I bet that's nice to be able to breath some fresh air.

Anyway, things are starting to roll forward here in Hartford. We've been able to get our english class moving along with constant contact with our friends.

Noemi- she's met with missionaries for a few months now. We reviewed her understanding of the Restoration and she believes all of it. Afterwards, we discussed the next step which is to prepare for baptism. She also agrees and wants to set a date. She even asked what happens after that and we got to explain the temple a little bit.

Claudia- she was orignially studying the bible with us. As we were studying the Doctrine of Jesus Christ, we felt inspired to share a verse from the Book of Mormon. She loved it! We left her with some inspired questions to pray about.

Today was our district p-day so that is why I'm writing this so late. It was a little weird to think that this was the last. We had a great time making tie-dying shirts, eating brunch, and ending off with some 3 on 3 basketball.
