Last full weeeeeeekkk

Hey everyone,

This will have to be a quick one sorry. I'll get right to the point.

This is my final full week here at the MTC. I'm super anxious to get out of here. With how much of an enjoyable experience it has been, all good things need to end. My dad put it perfectly, it's a "shot in the arm for the rest of your mission - the boost you need to enter the field with excitement". I feel like I'm ready to hit the field now. It's ready to harvest. 

Ran into an old friend last week

We got the new Missionary Handbook this week. We can now video chat in friends from home in lessons with friends of the church. As I get further in the mission, and I can better translate, I would love to be able to video chat people in. Member support is HUGE when it comes to missionary work. It is what helps people stay invested and fully immersed in the gospel.  Get ready the awesome new changes!

I received a wonderful email from one of my grandparents. She said " The Savior showed us how to love by his example not so that we could love him but so that we could learn to love others. And by loving others we show our love for him." This really touched me because it is entirely true.

It's when we turn outward like Christ did, that's when we show our devotion to him.
