Called to Serve

¡holaaaaa primero la semana esta bien!

Hola ustedes,

Elder Annas y yo
This week has been so awesome! I've been able to feel the La Espiritu so much!  There are 8 elders in my district.  Because we have such a small district, we basically can go everywhere together. After four days I already love all these elders. Two are from San Diego, one from St. George, orem, American fork, Texas, and Arizona. My compañero is from American Fork and his name is Elder Annas. He is really smart. He also has some social challenges so my patience has definitely grown a ton.

So far with language class we have been doing pretty good. We can all pray in spanish, recite scriptures from memory, and carry a basic conversation. My compañero never learned spanish before so I've been able to see him improve and its AMAZING how the Gift of Tongues works.

An awesome miracle happened THE SECOND day we were here. On the first day,  Elder Lloyd had gotten a test for MONO because he was really sick. Later in the middle of that night, he was throwing up and didn't sleep at all. When he had woken up to go to el baño, I had an impression that we should give him a blessing in the morning.  Morning cam around and when I brought up the idea, everyone said they had the same thought. I was able to anoint the oil, and Elder Bird gave the blessing. In the blessing he said that Elder Lloyd would not have mono and would get better. Low and behold, when. the test results came in, he didn't have mono! Mucho milagros!

I love this gospel and I know it is here on this earth! I know that personal revelation is real because I have seen it in my life! I love you all and hope you have a wonderful week!

Con amor,
