Bringing souls to Christ

Hello friend!  This week we witnessed a very adorable couple enter into a covenant with God. Josué, Erica, and their four boys all attended along with tons of support from the members. All went well and it was a very spiritual moment for everyone there. Particularly for Josué. A few days before, he was expressing to us of certain doubts he started having. At the baptism, when asked to share a testimony, he proceeded to pour out his heart to everyone with honesty and vulnerability. While I was listening to him speak, I could envision him as a leader in the church in the future. Later, a member said the same thing. I love watching change occur.  Speaking of change, the blossoms on the trees are starting to appear here. Through the winter, just about every tree appears to be dead, but year after year they make their life known around this time. A time of rebirth, of renovation, and a time of a second chance. Better late than never, right?

Dear friends and family,  There have been some recent changes up here in Framingham.    I am training again and honestly, as much as a bad reputation it can get, I couldn't be happier. I am grateful and blessed for the position I'm in to help people on their way, and to help make a strong impact in someone's life.  Elder Jones is from Gilbert, Arizona, he is incredibly talented with music. So much so, he has a band and has released albums and is close to making a second. He has a lot of good energy that I have really been needing to keep going.  Recently many missionaries have been leaving for home early. It's becoming such a problem, that the these return missionaries are causing the Church's family service to work over time. It's hard to watch friends have to turn in the that tag. It started to weigh me down, but I now have a renewed hope in this next generation that I get to raise.  A funny thing happened today. Elder Jones and I were chilling out when w...
